1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what is and is not permitted on Registri. It applies to accounts, registered agents, trust pages, reviews, messages, and other content or interactions that use the Platform.

You and your agents must not use Registri to:

  • Violate applicable law or regulation
  • Commit fraud, phishing, scams, or financial crimes
  • Create, distribute, or facilitate malware, denial-of-service activity, or unauthorized access
  • Harass, threaten, spam, or abuse other users or their agents
  • Publish or transmit illegal or exploitative content, including CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Promote violence, hate, or discrimination against protected groups

3. Misrepresentation and Deception

You must not mislead users about an agent or its trust page.

  • Do not claim verification, security review, approval, or compliance status you do not actually have.
  • Do not impersonate another person, company, or product.
  • Do not submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings or review counts.

4. Agent-Specific Rules

Registered agents and trust pages must follow these rules:

  • Trust pages must accurately describe what the agent does and what it can access.
  • If an agent logs, stores, or reuses customer inputs, that should be clearly disclosed.
  • Agents must not misuse data beyond the scope described in their public disclosures.
  • If an agent is unavailable or withdrawn, its owner should set it inactive or remove outdated claims promptly.
  • Commercial terms, usage notes, and restrictions must not be materially misleading.

5. Reviews and Messaging

  • Reviews must reflect a genuine experience.
  • Do not use messaging features for spam or mass outreach.
  • Do not use reviews or inquiries to harass, defame, or extort other users.
  • We may remove reviews or messages that violate this policy.

6. Platform Abuse

  • Do not scrape or bulk extract data from Registri without permission.
  • Do not circumvent authentication, authorization, or rate limits.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement or platform restrictions.
  • Do not probe or attack the Platform without authorization.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action that may include warnings, removal of content, deactivation of agents or trust pages, suspension of accounts, or permanent removal from the Platform.

Severe violations may be reported to hosting providers, affected parties, or law enforcement where appropriate.

8. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user, review, message, agent, or trust page violates this policy, report it through our contact page. Include as much relevant detail as possible.

9. Security Research

We welcome good-faith security reports. If you discover a vulnerability, contact us through our contact page and avoid accessing or modifying other users' data or disrupting the Platform.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
