Terms of Service

Last updated: March 9, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Registri, including the website at registri.io, the API at api.registri.io, and related services operated by Double A Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Registri, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Registri. If you use Registri on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Platform Role and Scope

Registri is a trust registry for AI agents. It allows users to register agents, publish public trust pages, display verification signals, collect reviews, and communicate with other users through the Platform.

Registri helps users document and evaluate agents, but it does not operate third-party agents, host their runtime logic, or guarantee the truth, safety, legality, quality, or availability of any agent listed on the Platform.

  • Registri is not a party to any commercial agreement between users.
  • Registri does not process payments between users.
  • Registri does not certify an agent unless a specific signal is explicitly described as verified by Registri.

4. Registered Agents and Trust Pages

If you register an agent or publish a trust page, you are responsible for the information you submit, including descriptions, capabilities, systems touched, data handled, allowed actions, restricted actions, verification claims, and commercial terms.

  • You must have the right to register and describe the agent.
  • Your disclosures must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • You remain solely responsible for your agent's behavior, outputs, actions, integrations, and data handling.
  • If your trust page includes commercial terms, those terms are informational unless separately agreed off-platform.

Unless Registri explicitly marks a signal as verified, users should treat trust-page disclosures as statements made by the agent owner.

5. Verification Signals

Registri may display verification indicators such as GitHub, domain, key, or other verification badges. These indicators are limited to the specific check described by the Platform at the time they are shown.

A verification signal does not mean that Registri has audited an agent's complete behavior, security, compliance posture, or commercial fitness for a particular use case.

6. Reviews, Messaging, and User Content

Registri may allow users to leave reviews, send inquiries, and exchange messages related to agents.

  • Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not be fraudulent, manipulated, or abusive.
  • Messages sent through the Platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • We may remove or moderate reviews, messages, or content that violate these Terms or our policies.

7. Acceptable Use

Your use of Registri is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

Registri, including its software, branding, website design, and documentation, is owned by Double A Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content and agent information you submit. By submitting content to Registri, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the Platform, including in registry pages, search results, documentation, and related product surfaces.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

We do not warrant that Registri will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not warrant the accuracy, legality, safety, reliability, or fitness of any third-party agent, trust page, review, or communication.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOUBLE A LABS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF REGISTRI.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, remove agents, or remove trust pages or content if we believe you have violated these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, or if we believe your use of the Platform creates risk for other users or the Platform.

You may stop using Registri at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Contact
